We are excited to announce that Mike Harmer, our Chief of Strategic Operations, has been elected as the Vice Chair of The Railway Industry Association's (RIA) SME Group.

We were delighted to welcome The Rt Hon Lord Patrick McLoughlin to the Belvoir Rail Head Office in Cotgrave this week. As the Chair for Transport of the North, Lord McLoughlin holds a strategic role in shaping the future direction of rail transport across the North.

It was an exciting few days for us at Belvoir Rail as we showcased our cutting-edge work at the 2024 RIA Innovation Conference. Held on the 26-27 March at the ICC in Newport, Wales, over 450 attendees from across the industry immersed themselves in keynote speeches, Tech Talks, Exhibitor Spotlights, TOC Pitch Sessions, and a captivating Future Focus Zone.

On March 26, 2024 our Operations and Quality Director Trevor Beale and Communications Manager Sonja Greschner represented Belvoir Rail at the Rail Forum Digitally Connected Vehicles Event in York, where we were proud to be a sponsoring partner.

Our Managing Director, James Brown, recently participated in a roundtable discussion alongside Claire Ward, the candidate for East Midlands Mayor, as well as other suppliers and operators from the rail community.

The Belvoir Rail team was in high spirits as they joined the Institute of Mechanical Engineers for the much-anticipated Railway Division Annual Luncheon.
